No refunds or exchanges. This is a digital product. Once you have downloaded it, you cannot give it back; therefore, please do not expect to receive a refund or exchange.
Playability. Every effort has been made to ensure that our videos will play on every computer to which they are downloaded. If for some reason this is not the case for you, please contact us so we can try to improve our products.
Instructions. Go through the shopping cart process, and after you have paid, click the button on the next page which says "Complete Purchase." There will be a confirmation screen and you will be able to download the zip file after it has finished confirming payment. Download the zip file and unzip it. Each video comes in 800x600 screensize and is about 350MBs in MPG format (downloadable as a ~310MB zip file).
Disclaimer. Our videos are for demonstration purposes only. The practice of swordsmanship, like any other martial art, is itself a potentially dangerous activity. State of the Art. Our videos represent Veritas Swordplay Academy's best understanding of Johannes Liechtenauer's Kunst des Fechten, or "Art of Fighting," with the longsword, based on translations and interpretations of period manuscripts from primarily pre-1500s sources. It is not possible in this format to explore every possible interpretation of the historical sources, nor every possible technique which may be derived. This format precludes us from going into detail about the history of this art as well as the lives and works of its many historical masters.
